The Corporation for National and Community Service released a study that showed a significant connection between volunteering and good health. Benefits include:
- Greater longevity
- Higher functional ability
- Lower rates of depression
- less indidence of heart disease
So if you are feeling a little slow in the brain or a bit down in the dapper, find a project and put your heart into it! It will cure what ails you.
